The whole recruitment process should take no more than 4 weeks from application to offer

Step one: Complete an application only if you meet the criteria above.

Before completing an application to us, we ask you to watch the CEO in a short video, covering our fast-track training, the success and meritocratic culture at deVere, the high income potential, what qualities we need from you, and the effort we put into your training and career development.

That way we know you think it could be for you, and you also think you have the right qualities

Step two: Video submission

We will ask you to complete a 30 second video on:

1. What was the main point you took from the presentation?
2. Why you think your qualities and you as an individual would be successful at deVere?

Step three: Telephone Interview and Final Interview

If successful, you will move on to step three of the process which is the interview stage. This is a combined telephone conversation and Q and A session to cover any of your personal questions and a telephone screening exercise. Followed by a Final Interview a few days later.
